The Story

Originally made with cloth from Dongari Killa in Bombay (hence the term), dungarees were popularised by sailors, the military and later by women factory workers during World War 1. These are made from our new cotton twill sourced in the UK; naturally hardwearing yet with an incredibly soft feel that develops a wonderful patina over years of use and exposure to the elements. These are comfortable, easy to wear and extremely durable. As with all our products, these are handmade in Norfolk and only improve with wear, washing and weathering.
