Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Carrier Company purchase; if your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
